  3. Telemetry & IoT Data (App-only)

    • User profile data is retained for 30 days post-account deactivation
    • Telemetry data is retained based on your subscription or contract (default 12 months)

    • Delete your account or data (“Right to be forgotten”)
    • Restrict or object to certain types of processing
    • Download your telemetry data (if applicable)

    • AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit
    • Access control using MFA and RBAC
    • Regular vulnerability scanning and penetration testing

    Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

    While our servers are located in the UAE, if you access the service from outside the UAE, you consent to the transfer of your data to and from our servers under applicable data protection laws.
